INTEGRATED DESIGN: it includes the beginning and the multidisciplinary management of the project.

• Survey of feasability: analysis of your investment's potential, defining mode, timing and costs.

• Preliminary design: project development, based on necessities and requirements – identification of the final solution and output of the design elaborates through a communicative form.

• Final design: development of the technical drawings, adressed to Public Administration, in order to obtain the Permission of Construction.

• Environmental sustainability: analysis and discussion of the design decisions, about active or passive resources, to cut down energy waste and to reach the best results in environmental wellness.

• Executive design: fixing of the project multidisciplinary characteristics, construction details, spatial calculation and estimation of working costs, administration of the operative elaborates regarding workers' contracts/construction documents.

• Labor direction: control and coordination of the construction phases, minimization of risks, linked with the introduction of variants during construction.

• General coordination: organization of professionals involved in the building process for carrying out the project; planning of timetables and work's scehdule.
